Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on fitting/repairs being performed by a qualified mechanic. Bicycles that are left for repair are expected to be collected within 6 weeks from date of completion of repair. After this time they may be disposed of. Non-returnable deposits of approximately 10% may be required to reserve goods. Collection is required within 3 months, after which the goods may be put back on sale.
